The Role of the Specification Manager: As a Specification Manager, you will win new project specification sales opportunities for a broad range of External Wall Insulation (EWI), Render and Cladding systems. Projects will be large-scale new build or retrofit residential, and you will engage with housing associations, local authorities, architects, consulting engineers and contractors to leverage the extensive funding available. You will need to build solid relationships with main contractors, installers, and architects to protect specifications and ensure smooth project delivery.
