The Role of the Territory Sales Manager:

The main element of the role as the new Territory Sales Manager/BDM is to sell a portfolio of hip and knee & shoulder implants along with other consumables but mainly implants. (Both primary & revision surgery)

Liaising & supporting orthopaedic surgeons, consultants & nurses

Ensuring that business is retained.

Manage your own workload within the hospitals.

50/50 split with new business & existing business.

Covering London and surrounding areas
The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager:

It is all about drive and motivation, there is a lot that the company can offer but must be earned by hard work and determination to achieve goals.

Looking for people with orthopaedic theatre sales experience needs to be 5 years min.

Really need to have a good understanding of orthopaedics and good contacts on territory.

A successful sales track record of success is also a big bonus.

Will potentially consider neuro/spine candidates or exceptional theatre sales people who are very bright and intelligent and can take information and retain it.
Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
