About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share of the wound care portfolio, focusing on key products. Your efforts will span both community and acute sectors, where you will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and a wide range of stakeholders both internally and across the NHS. In collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and other key stakeholders, you will execute strategic business plans, ensuring regular business review meetings are conducted to drive effectiveness and ensure action follow-up. A critical part of your role will be staying ahead of competitor activities, responding swiftly to maintain market leadership. Additionally, you will ensure accurate administration through tools like CRM systems, while developing a comprehensive understanding of the NHS landscape and the priorities of healthcare providers and Integrated Care Systems within your territory. The region covers Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire

Responsibilities

– Driving sales and increasing market share of the wound care portfolio

– Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders

– Executing strategic business plans and conducting regular business review meetings

– Staying ahead of competitor activities to maintain market leadership

– Ensuring accurate administration through CRM systems

– Developing a comprehensive understanding of the NHS landscape and healthcare provider priorities within the territory

– Ideally Wound Care experience but not essential

– Professionalism, accountability, and a disciplined approach to achieving targets

– Ambition, resilience, and results-oriented mindset

– Sharp business acumen and ability to communicate data clearly

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

– Entrepreneurial spirit with a talent for identifying and seizing new opportunities

Pay range and compensation package

£40-£48k basic salary plus bonus- £12-25k OTE, Pension, PHI, Life Assurance, 28 days Annual Leave plus many other benefits
