The Role of the Technical Engineer
As a Technical Engineer, you’ll support customers and field teams across the Southeast by providing expert-level diagnostics and product knowledge on a range of domestic boilers and hot water solutions.

Diagnose and repair faults on domestic gas boilers and hot water products at customer sites.

Provide technical support via helpline during weekday and Saturday rota.

Deliver product training and technical presentations to installers and agents.

Support the sales team with technical advice at installer visits and trade events.

Oversee local service agents to ensure quality service and stock availability.

The Ideal Person for the Technical Engineer
You’ll be a confident and experienced boiler breakdown engineer with strong customer service skills and a proactive, professional approach.

At least 5 years of experience in boiler fault-finding and breakdowns with ACS Core & Boiler qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT) and OFTEC Oil Boiler qualifications (OFT10 -105E, OFT10-101, OFT10-600A)

Desire to work directly for a market leading manufacturer in a permanent role.
