Role Responsibilities:

• Provide preventative, corrective, modification, and installation support to customers on diagnostic products used in hospital labs and other departments
• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical, fluidic, and electronic systems
• Cover a small geographical area around Swansea
• Work with customers to ensure safe and prompt maintenance and repairs

Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant Field Service Engineering experience
• Biomedical background preferred but not essential
• Open to applicants from various industry backgrounds such as industrial engineering, automation, aerospace, etc., with full product training available
• Passionate about solving engineering problems
• Engineering or electrical qualification
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working on systems and components
