Job Description
The Company: \\n\\nA market leading medical devices company. \\n\\nEstablished for over 30 years and seeing continual growth. \\n\\nFantastic career opportunity. \\n\\nThe Role of the Clinical Specialist  \\n\\nThe team sells a range of medical equipment and consumables, but this role will focus 90% of the time on ventilation equipment. \\n\\nYou will be the first point of contact for all customers across the division supporting 3 reps that have many years’ experience and have done this job before so a great support network. \\n\\nYou will be provided with full training within the first 4-5 weeks of starting so will be more than ready to deal with any queries that come in. \\n\\nPresentation of products and services to Clinicians, Unit Managers and Nursing Staff.  \\n\\nEducation of customers and team members in the practical features, benefits, handling of product, new technologies and the techniques employed in using the equipment. \\n\\nYou will provide training, deal with any customer problems both internally & externally.  \\n\\n90% of the role will be to take care of the aftersales and provide full support for the 7-year life cycle of the product & consumables. \\n\\nWill also get involved in trials that have been arranged \\n\\nThis is not a target carrying role!!  \\n\\nThere will be nights away from home but this will all be expensed.  \\n\\nCovering the UK with most of the business being around Manchester & London so being based in the Midlands would be ideal. \\n\\nBenefits of the Clinical Specialist \\n\\n£35k-£40k basic \\n\\n£12k annual bonus (paid quarterly) \\n\\nLunch allowance. \\n\\nCompany vehicle (Electric/Hybrid) \\n\\nTraining academy. \\n\\nSavings & Cycle Schemes. \\n\\nRemote/Flexible Working. \\n\\nSalary and bonus structures. \\n\\nSustainable business strategy. \\n\\nEmployee Assistance Programme. \\n\\nPension, life assurance & income protection. \\n\\nLong service awards & employee of the month. \\n\\nEmployee events & initiatives all throughout the year. \\n\\nEnhanced sick pay scheme that increases with service. \\n\\nEnhanced annual and life leave that increases with service. \\n\\nThe Ideal Person for the Clinical Specialist \\n\\nIdeally would like someone from a clinical/nursing background. \\n\\nExperience in working in Critical Care/ICU departments would be a HUGE advantage.  \\n\\nSomeone that understands how the NHS works. \\n\\nExperience in Critical Care/A&E Departments/Acute Setting.\\n\\nLooking for people that can bring something to the business and not afraid to effect clinical change to produce better patient outcomes. \\n\\nWants people that are both Patient & Customer focused.\\n\\nIf you think the role of Clinical Specialist is for you, apply now! \\n\\nConsultant: David Gray \\n\\nEmail: (url removed) \\n\\nTel no.
