We're looking for a People & Culture Manager who's ready to take ownership of our people experience end-to-end, from championing our culture, supporting people development, to embedding The ONE COAST Way across every level of the business. Someone who can combine strategy with hands-on delivery, who can influence at all levels, and who believes that high performance and care go hand-in-hand.

- Lead the P&C charge, supporting department managers in retaining people who align with Coast's purpose and mindset.
- Develop people and leaders through targeted training, feedback, and growth pathways that build confidence, capability, and connection.
- Strengthen culture and engagement by driving initiatives that make Coast a great place to work where loyalty, care, and performance thrive together.
- Support managers and teams with pragmatic, values-based people solutions that drive clarity, accountability, and results.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, performance, and succession to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
Who you are
- A people leader who balances empathy with excellence.
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders while staying grounded and approachable.
- Hands-on, organised, and willing to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
- Values-driven, you do the right thing, even when it's the hard thing.
- Energised by building systems, solving challenges, and seeing people succeed.
- CIPD qualified minimum level 5 or equivalent.
Why Coast
- High-performance, values-led culture where results and integrity go hand in hand.
- Fast-growing renewables business with real momentum and ambition.
- Competitive base salary + strong, uncapped commission for top performers.
- Autonomy, flexibility and trust to run your patch and make your mark.
- Visible impact - what you win, you'll see delivered in the field.

- We Deliver – We finish what we start and own the result.
- Solve It – We find a way, no matter what.
- Do It Right – We build trust through integrity and professionalism.
- Grow Together – We develop ourselves, our customers, and each other.
If these sound like more than just words to you, if they describe how you already work, you'll fit right in.
What's in it for you
- A high-performance, values-led culture that rewards results and integrity.
- A growing company where your impact is visible, valued, and rewarded.
- Competitive base salary + benefits.
- Flexibility, trust, and opportunities for professional development.
- The chance to shape how Coast continues to grow across the renewables market.
