Junior Consultants are immediately integrated into projects, contribute to analyses and deliverables, and receive guidance and instructions from immediate supervisors (Consultants and Senior Consultants). Candidates should be comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative work, possess agility and curiosity, and desire the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Daily tasks include:
- Identifying objectives and collecting data across sources to solve complex business issues
- Designing and conducting quantitative analyses to support the client’s positioning and growth
- Participating in the production of deliverables throughout projects

Job requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a top-tier university with a bachelor’s degree or above in economics, business, accounting, engineering, or related fields with at least a 2.1
- Have past professional experience. Internships and experiences in investment banking, private equity, and consulting are a plus, but not required
- Result-oriented with an analytical mindset, enjoy solving strategic problems in challenging situations
- Possess professionalism, intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit
