At OSS, our records management services include document scanning, storage, and workflow optimisation solutions. We enable customers to improve the efficiency of internal processes, strengthen compliance measures, and make tangible cost savings throughout the digitisation and records management lifecycle.
As a result of direct business growth, OSS is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.
Working hours: 8am - 4pm
Daily duties and responsibilities include:
- Handling of paper records, including indexing, de-stapling, document prep, and identification of non-scannable items
- Operating our range of industry-leading scanners to scan physical documents to a digital format
- Effectively labelling, tracking, and storing records
- Ensuring image quality and authenticity throughout the scanning process
Experience in document scanning, computers, imaging, or IT-related skills are sought but may not be necessary for the right candidate as full training will be provided.
Please note due to the nature of our business, a Disclosure Scotland check will be completed prior to any offer of employment.
