On-Site International are looking for a Health and Safety Manager for a project in Helsinki, Finland starting on the 13th April. Applicants must have a passport that allows them to work in Finland - UK passports no longer act as a valid work permit in the EU - UK passport holding applicants must have a right to work VISA for Finland.
Rate: €70,000-€85,000 per annum - based on experience
Duties:
- Lead HSE delivery on site in line with ISO standards and company systems
- Develop and manage the project HSE plan for the civils package
- Oversee all high-risk activities (excavation, concrete, lifting, heavy plant)
- Review/approve RAMS and manage permit-to-work systems
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and client standards (e.g. projects in Helsinki)
- Manage junior HSE staff and drive safety culture on site
- Report on HSE performance and liaise with client and senior management
Hours: Monday to Friday
