The On-Site Group are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to work on a project in London SW19.
Job Description:
- To communicate effectively with tenants so that they remain informed and engaged with the works to take place.
- Provide a crucial link between the tenants, the operatives undertaking the work and the client.
- Support site managers so that they can carry out works effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the site management to understand the programme of works and when work will be carried out on each home.
- Arrange access to property with the tenants and monitor appointments.
- Liaise with tenants to explain the work that will be carried out in their homes.
- Complete a profiling record for each tenant which will ensure the individual needs of each tenant.
- Where tenants are identified as having special needs, you must work with the site teams to ensure these are met.
- Complete property condition reviews with the tenant for each occupied property before any work starts.
- Produce regular updates such as newsletters that will keep the tenants up to date with the progress of the works.
- Liaise and work with each client's tenant representative, such as the housing authorities representative, and any tenant organisations representative.
- Conduct a tenant satisfaction survey after the works are complete.
- Organise tenant open evenings where they have an opportunity to assess proposed work plans.
- Identify and implement any tenant participation opportunities that arise.
- Participate in project management team meetings when requested.
- Understand and follow the site safety plans, as well as helping the tenants to stay safe.
- Support the site manager with admin in particular record keeping for health and safety forms.
- Maintain an up to date Health and Safety File.
- If an accident occurs onsite be the first point of call as a trained First Aider.

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and IT systems.
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
- Able to prioritise, multitask, and adapt to changing deadlines.

- Health & Safety Awareness.
- First Aid qualification.
