On-Site International are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for work in Europe. The role will be a work from home position; candidates will be required to travel to sites in Europe when required.
Rate: €55/hour
Travel & accommodation: Covered when travelling to sites in Europe.
Duties:
- Responsible for the commercial management of electrical installation packages on large-scale data centre construction projects
- Preparing and managing cost plans, valuations, variations, subcontractor procurement, contract administration, cost reporting, and final accounts
- Monitoring project budgets & assessing commercial risks
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40-50 hours
Required:
- Quantity Surveyor Qualification
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Willing to travel out to Europe for meetings when required
