On-Site International are looking for a Health & Safety Manager for a project in Frankfurt, Germany starting ASAP. Applicants must have a passport that allows them to work in Germany - UK passports no longer act as a valid work permit in the EU - UK passport holding applicants must have a right to work VISA for Germany.
Rate: €60 - €70k/annum
Duties:
- Support implementation of the project HSE plan across civils works (groundworks, ducting, concrete)
- Carry out daily site inspections and ensure compliance with RAMS and permits
- Assist with inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce engagement
- Maintain HSE documentation (inspections, permits, training records)
- Monitor high-risk activities (excavations, lifting, traffic management)
- Record incidents/near misses and assist with investigations
- Support audits and close out minor non-conformances
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm, Saturdays when required
Duration: Permanent
Required: Safe Pass, NEBOSH or Equivalent
