Project Managers are responsible for:
- Providing superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families (including pets!), ensuring they are informed about the process and progress of restoring their property.
- Assessing damage, determining the scope of work, and providing estimates. Training on Xactimate will be provided, along with introductions to vendor partners and internal experts to help you develop an approved scope of work.
- Managing and directing restoration staff during disaster remediation efforts (water, fire, weather damage), cleaning and packing, rebuilding, and project completion.
- Collaborating with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless claims process.
- Conducting quality control on all aspects of the job.
- Owning the job, with your work reflecting your professionalism and dedication.
What you bring:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a restoration company.
- Willingness to learn and be certified through the IICRC.
- Strong customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work after hours and on weekends, as disasters can occur anytime.
- Problem-solving and priority management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Clean criminal record.
