ON RUNNING seeks a customer-focused associate for our Tokyo flagship store, joining the Direct-to-Consumer team to deliver a premium shopping experience. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and help them discover On's products with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
You will maintain visual standards, support inventory and order placement, and contribute to store processes. Fluency in Japanese is preferred; English or other languages are a plus.
