This is your opportunity to become a core part of On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Store Retail team and assist in the successful launch and ongoing operations of On's store in Sydney, Australia. As a Lead Store Advisor, your passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive work environment for our team will be a core part of driving On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) approach.

On will rely on you to deliver exceptional customer service to each and every customer while embodying On's core values and passion for movement.

Your story:

  • 2+ years of experience within a consumer-facing or retail work environment, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Background in the Running, Fashion or Sports Industry is preferred, but not a must
  • Strong communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Eye for maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning system) is preferred, but not required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit who expects the unexpected

Physical Demands:

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, climbing stairs, and standing for consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
