Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On's people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering people processes for our Hongkong, Macau, Guangzhou & Shenzhen Retail and teams.
Your story
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Advisory / HR Business Partner role in an international, fast paced environment
- 3+ years of experience in Retail HR
- Experience with Hongkong/Macau labor legislation and employee relations
- A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged
- You enjoy being hands-on while having a strategic mindset
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate with a broad variety of stakeholders
- Ability to extract actionable people insights from raw information and data
- Can-do attitude and an innovative way of solving problems
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluent in English/Mandarin/Cantonese
