Senior Specialist - Retail IT Project Manager

In short

We are looking for a Senior Specialist Retail IT Project Manager to join our team, focusing on retail growth and advancing IT infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to manage IT projects from initial network design to deployment.

Collaborating with our global project team, global IT Site Service team, and international vendors, you will serve as the primary liaison for IT infrastructure for our retail locations in the Americas. This includes participation in strategic planning, network architecture, hardware procurement, IT hardware installation, network deployment, and network delivery management.

Your Mission

1. Concept planning and deployment of IT network infrastructure for new retail stores in the Americas
2. Work closely with internal/external stakeholders throughout project phases
3. Oversee internet provider planning and management
4. Procurement of IT hardware through our global partners
5. Installation of hardware in collaboration with our global network partners
6. Vendor assessment and relations
7. Budget planning, tracking, and budget reporting
8. Network deployment following global standards and compliance requirements
9. Security camera planning and installation in collaboration with global partners
10. Ensure On\’s IT Global standards are met, adhering to all global compliance regulations
11. Seek opportunities to improve our IT project delivery standards

Your story

1. Proven work experience in retail or office expansions or similar role
2. Experience in IT projects from concept to delivery
3. Minimum 5 years of project management experience
4. Knowledge of IT and Network infrastructure
5. Good communication skills and stakeholder management
6. Vendor management and vendor collaboration
7. Awareness of IT compliance and audit requirements
8. Ability to adapt quickly and find solutions
9. Cisco Meraki related knowledge is a plus
10. Fluent in English
11. Available for domestic and international travel when required
