This Senior Specialist – Creative Project Manager role will report to the Head of Marketing Management on the Marketing Management team, supporting the LATAM region. Your Mission
- Drive the successful execution of brand campaigns and major moments for LatAm and Brazil, ensuring timely delivery of all creative deliverables
- Own project processes, timelines, and key milestones, serving as the primary point of contact for creative production across diverse initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed workback schedules, collaborating with project leads and external creative partners to adapt to evolving needs and manage resources effectively
- Facilitate seamless agency integration and cross-system alignment, ensuring consistent communication and clear deliverables between internal and external teams
- Ensure all creative output aligns with project objectives, brand guidelines, and established budgets
- Establish and refine best practices for creative project management and outsourcing, creating scalable processes and reporting for regional and global use
- Oversee creative task management and outsourcing for events, community projects, and various marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion
- Act as a vital link between marketing leads and the creative production team, providing guidance on creative briefs and supporting the development of project workbacks for Key Accounts
- Support Creative Studio leadership by managing internal and external creative assignments for diverse needs, including digital placements and lightbox updates
- Provide essential project management support for specialized initiatives, including tech team projects and specific campaigns, ensuring creative tasks are meticulously managed and executed
- Contribute to Creative Studio operational efficiency by assisting with inbox management, managing RFPs and outsourcing for select projects, and overseeing internal innovation and testing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Senior Leads to maintain organized project templates, documentation, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal creative processes and tools
Your story
- 5+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably in an agency or brand setting, with a focus on delivering high-impact brand campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex creative feedback into actionable tasks for creative teams, fostering effective collaboration between creative and marketing functions
- Experience managing a wide range of creative deliverables across various formats and mediums, from digital to print to spatial production, with specific experience in events, key accounts, and community projects
- Deep understanding of graphic design, copywriting, and media production processes, enabling the development of integrated workback schedules with ease, including for tech and specialized campaign initiatives
- Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Asana, including best practices for navigating complex integrated projects and driving team accountability across diverse creative scopes
- Proven ability to manage RFP processes and outsourcing for creative projects
- You are able to travel up to 15% of the time to On\’s global hubs, accounts, and creative moments, with travel percentage fluctuating based on business needs
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
