Drive compliant, scalable and value-focused customs execution across the Americas. This role connects the Global Customs & Trade team with regional stakeholders and partners across the United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil, governing customs operations, strategic duty-saving programs, market expansion and regulatory risk.
The Senior Lead, Americas Regional Customs role will report to the Head of Customs & Trade on the Global Customs & Trade team, supporting the Americas region.
Your story
- You hold an active U.S. Customs Broker License. This is a mandatory requirement for the role.
- You bring 10+ years of experience in customs, trade compliance, international logistics or customs duty-optimization programs.
- You have deep practical knowledge of U.S. and Canadian customs requirements, with relevant exposure to Mexico and/or Brazil.
- You have implemented or governed customs programs such as CTPAT, Foreign Trade Zones, Duty Drawback, First Sale for Export and preferential trade programs.
- You are experienced in leading through customs brokers, consultants and cross-functional stakeholders, translating strategy into clear processes, controls and measurable outcomes.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is considered a strong advantage.
