Are you a dynamic, creative, and consumer-first strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship building skills? In this role, you will shape On's commercial partnership strategy with our global lighthouse community partners. The role requires entrepreneurial skills and partnering with many cross-functional stakeholders across our regional and global teams. As a regionally based leader reporting into On's Global Commercial Strategy team, you'll lead the ways of working and align strategy across commercial, product, and brand ensuring clear communication and alignment to deliver on On's long-term commercial strategy.
Over 5 years of experience working with global strategic specialty partners (e.g. Kith, Dover Street Market) in the lifestyle footwear apparel/accessories space in sales, brand, or GTM strategy with a proven record of leading strategic initiatives that align teams and translate brand strategies into powerful experiences that inspire and drive business results.
- Deep understanding of global lifestyle specialty consumer, with a strong understanding of competitor landscape and initiatives.
- Creative mindset with strong prioritization skills and the ability to simplify complexity, manage multiple projects, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, fluent in English, with additional languages welcomed, and able to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions, channels, and functions.
- Hands-on and adaptable, balancing an entrepreneurial/innovative mindset with structure to solve challenges, lead through change, and bring fresh energy to every project.
