Your Mission
- 熟悉品牌理念及品牌精神,能夠傳遞品牌故事。
- 總是積極主動與顧客互動,打造熱情、多元的品牌體驗。
- 熟悉產品知識和應用場景,主動探索傾聽顧客運動需求。
- 能夠針對不同的運動需求提供專業的解決方案。
- 按照陳列標準進行產品的陳列調整,包括日常補貨和季節性調整。
- 按照運營標準操作貨品管理,包括來貨/退貨/盤點/防損。
- 收銀臺管理,包括結賬/賬目核對/退換收銀系統操作。
- 開關門、日常復盤等基礎工作。
- 能主動且高質量的配合店長或者代班完成日常工作計劃,做好工作的交接。
- 通過主動分享品牌社群活動、售後服務政策等方式與顧客建立長期鏈接。
- 支持On社群活動的準備和接待工作,協助活動的順利開展和提升到店體驗。
- 能夠主動對工作提出想法和優化的建議,積極參加店鋪會議分享反饋,與店長及團隊共同達成店鋪行動計劃目標。
- 基於店鋪項目製,主導產品培訓/社群/陳列/線上內容的相關部分。
- 對自我成長和發展負責,能夠主動思考和店長一起製定自己的發展行動計劃。
