Your Mission

  • 熟悉品牌理念及品牌精神,关注On昂跑的全球活动和项目,如可持续发展、运动员故事。
  • 能够持续准确地传递品牌故事,以客户需求为中心,作为店铺的专家,带领团队熟悉掌握产品知识、应用场景,高效完成货品陈列、运营基础等工作。
  • 及时发现问题解决问题,提出想法和优化的建议并协助实施落地。
  • 通过回响和指导,以“为什么”、“做什么”和“怎么做”进行店内技能培训,基于事实坦诚回响,持续提升团队成员技能,以不断改善顾客体验和团队幸福感。
  • 熟悉产品知识和应用场景,总是主动探索倾听顾客运动需求,熟练针对不同的运动需求提供专业的解决方案。
  • 针对新品发布提前计划产品培训,按照陈列标准和新品计划,提前规划陈列调整计划,包括穿搭建议、日常和季节性陈列调整。
  • 按照运营标准操作货品管理,包括来货/退货/盘点/防损,收银台管理,结帐/帐目核对/退换收银系统操作,开关门,日常复盘等基础工作。
  • 能主动且高品质的配合店长,带领当班团队完成日常工作计划,做好工作的交接。
  • 通过主动分享品牌社群活动、售后服务政策等管道与顾客建立长期连结,支持On社群活动的准备和接待工作,协助活动的顺利开展和提升到店体验。
  • 对自我成长和发展负责,能够主动思考和店长一起制定自己的发展行动计划。
