Your Mission
- 熟悉品牌理念及品牌精神，关注On昂跑的全球活动和项目，如可持续发展、运动员故事。
- 能够持续准确地传递品牌故事，以客户需求为中心，作为店铺的专家，带领团队熟悉掌握产品知识、应用场景，高效完成货品陈列、运营基础等工作。
- 及时发现问题解决问题，提出想法和优化的建议并协助实施落地。
- 通过回响和指导，以“为什么”、“做什么”和“怎么做”进行店内技能培训，基于事实坦诚回响，持续提升团队成员技能，以不断改善顾客体验和团队幸福感。
- 熟悉产品知识和应用场景，总是主动探索倾听顾客运动需求，熟练针对不同的运动需求提供专业的解决方案。
- 针对新品发布提前计划产品培训，按照陈列标准和新品计划，提前规划陈列调整计划，包含穿搭建议、日常和季节性陈列调整。
- 按照运营标准操作货品管理，包括来货/退货/盘点/防损，收银台管理，结帐/帐目核对/退换收银系统操作，开关门，日常复盘等基础工作。
- 能主动且高品质的配合店长，带领当班团队完成日常工作计划，做好工作的交接。
- 通过主动分享品牌社群活动、售后服务政策等管道与顾客建立长期连结，支持On社群活动的准备和接待工作，协助活动的顺利开展和提升到店体验。
- 对自我成长和发展负责，能够主动思考和店长一起制定自己的发展行动计划。
