Your Mission

  • 针对新品发布提前计划产品培训,按照陈列标准和新品计划,提前规划陈列调整计划,包含穿搭建议,日常和季节性陈列调整。
  • 按照运营标准操作货品管理,包括来货、退货、盘点、防损,收银台管理,结帐、帐目核对、退换,收银系统操作,开关门,日常复盘等基础工作。
  • 能主动且高品质的配合店长,带领当班团队完成日常工作计划,做好工作的交接。
  • 通过主动分享品牌社群活动、售后服务政策等管道与顾客建立长期连结,支持On社群活动的准备和接待工作,协助活动的顺利开展和提升到店体验。
