Your Mission
- 熟悉品牌理念及精神,關注On昂跑的全球活動與項目,如可持續發展、運動員故事,能持續準確傳遞品牌故事。
- 以客戶需求為中心,作為店鋪專家,帶領團隊熟悉產品知識、應用場景,高效完成貨品陳列與運營基礎工作,及時發現並解決問題,提出優化建議並協助落實。
- 通過反饋與指導,進行店內技能培訓,基於事實坦誠交流,持續提升團隊技能,改善顧客體驗與團隊幸福感。
- 熟悉產品知識與應用場景,主動探索並傾聽顧客運動需求,提供專業解決方案,並提前規劃新品的產品培訓。
- 按照陳列標準與新品計畫,提前規劃陳列調整,包括穿搭建議及季節性調整。
- 按照運營標準操作貨品管理,包括來貨、退貨、盤點、防損、收銀等日常工作。
- 能主動且高品質配合店長,帶領團隊完成日常工作與交接。
- 通過分享品牌社群活動與售後服務政策,與顧客建立長期連結。
- 支持社群活動的準備與接待,協助活動順利進行,提升到店體驗。
