This is your opportunity to become a core part of On's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team and commence the journey to bring On's first store in Spain alive. As an Associate Store Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting retail initiatives to enhance operational excellence within our retail stores. Your responsibilities will include team development and performance management, overseeing inventory management, leading change management efforts, and crafting effective communications. This position offers the opportunity to shape and build our retail landscape, setting a strong foundation for the future.
Your Mission
- Lead the development and management of the Back of House.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by proactively monitoring sell-through rates and product flow strategy in store.
- Oversee all talent-related matters including schedules, time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
- Ensure effective in-store training delivered by the training lead.
- Hire lead advisors and advisors, delivering a strong onboarding process for new hires.
- Implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
- Implement action plans to maintain high team engagement based on feedback from engagement surveys.
- Ensure smooth transitions by planning visual change-outs in advance and addressing any visual updates for sell through optimization on a daily basis.
- Ensure smooth transportation of products in collaboration with the product operations team.
Your story
You have 3+ years of relevant work experience in retail and leading teams; experience in the sports industry is a plus. You have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and coordinate cross-functional teams from start to finish. You possess an entrepreneurial growth mindset, and you are adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You speak both English and Spanish fluently.
