Ce nouveau poste est votre opportunité de faire partie intégrante de l'équipe Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) de On, dans notre Flagship des Champs‑Elysées. Vous serez l'une de nos premières recrues, et nous comptons sur vous pour incarner et communiquer les valeurs et la philosophie de la marque. Vous serez à l'écoute de vos clients, et les conseillerez sur des produits adaptés, et personnalisés à leurs besoins. Nos magasins Flagships sont notre marque de fabrique. Nous trouvons toujours des moyens uniques d'offrir un produit haut de gamme et une expérience client innovante, grâce à notre technologie de pointe. Nous proposons des contrats en CDI, en temps partiel (25, 20 ou 15h/semaine).
Your Mission
- Adopter et communiquer les valeurs et la philosophie de la marque On, dans votre équipe et avec vos clients.
- Délivrer une expérience Premium, et un service client exceptionnel et personnalisé à vos clients.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie et technique de nos produits, et suivre les activités et projets de On (Produits, Expansion, Développement durable, Histoires de nos athlètes...).
- Contribuer à la gestion du magasin, améliorer les processus et opérations en collaboration avec les membres de votre équipe.
- Aider Ă la gestion des stocks et aux commandes de produits entrantes/sortantes.
Your story
- Vous avez au moins 1 an d'expérience dans un poste de vente au détail.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles en français (courant) et en anglais (moyen).
- Vous êtes capable de prendre des initiatives, d'apprendre rapidement et de travailler à la fois de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Une expérience dans l'industrie du running, de la mode ou du sport est préférable mais pas indispensable.
