As our business in South Korea grows, we are looking to bring on a Sr. Lead for Marketing to drive our short and long term goals in the market. This role will play an integral part in sharing the story of On by leading a growing, diverse, and energetic Marketing team.
This role will be responsible for evaluating and developing Marketing strategies for the market across all channels (retail, e-commerce, and b2b), while also being hands-on, executing campaigns and activations with the team.
Your story:
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the sports or retail industry in South Korea
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong knowledge of social media, PR, retail marketing, and B2B marketing
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team management and development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively both in English and Korean, with additional APAC language skills being a plus
