Candidate Profile
We're looking for an ambitious, idea driven regional lead, ready to think outside the box to deliver our brand ambitions to become the most premium lifestyle brand on the market. Typically we look for around 10 years of retail and VM experience, inclusive of senior managerial experience. Previous experience across premium or large scale brands is valued.
You are a strategic and forward‑thinking Visual Merchandising leader with a passion for building premium brand experiences at scale. You bring proven experience leading regional or international teams across complex, multi‑site environments. You are able to translate global brand direction into locally relevant, high‑impact executions that elevate both consumer engagement and commercial performance.
International market experience will be needed for this position, and experience working across Europe, the GCC, and Africa would be valuable. With experience working across owned retail, franchise, wholesale, or B2B channels, you understand how to flex brand expression while maintaining consistency and premium standards. You are comfortable navigating different business models and influencing a wide network of stakeholders to deliver cohesive, elevated retail experiences.
You are passionate about inspiring and developing teams. You have built and led high‑performing VM teams, created clear roadmaps, and implemented scalable ways of working.
