As the Lead - Technical Representatives, you will drive the strategic growth and execution of On's grassroots education and experiential initiatives across the region. Reporting to the Senior Lead - Technical Representatives on the Brand Experience team, you will empower a team of Representatives to deliver best-in-class service to key wholesale partners while fostering deep brand affinity within their communities. You will balance high-level project ownership with frontline coaching, ensuring On's premium positioning is reflected in every training, trial opportunity, and retail interaction.
You bring 6+ years of experience in technical representation, field marketing, retail management, or sales roles within a premium performance-oriented global brand or retailer.
- A track record of building and maintaining influential relationships within the run specialty or outdoor retail industries across a diverse regional footprint.
- Proficiency in leveraging CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or ThirdChannel to optimize workflow and track team productivity.
- Demonstrated expertise in event production and experiential marketing with the ability to translate complex human physiology and product technology into engaging narratives.
