As we deploy On\’s omni-channel strategy we are seeking a dynamic Lead – Sales to join our SEA team and continue to drive our strategic vision and elevate our distributor partnerships.

Your story

• 5+ years proven experience in multi-channel management, preferably in a distributor-operated retail environment. 5 – 10 years sales and industry experience; knowledge of SEA markets is an advantage.
• Commercial experience in Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce, with a strong focus on strengthening distributor partnerships. Expertise in equipping partners with the necessary tools and training to drive multi-channel strategy success while ensuring global strategy alignment with effective local execution.
• Familiarity with the sports and movement lifestyle industry is an advantage. You have a genuine interest in running, fitness, and/or movement lifestyle.
• You thrive in diverse, global, multicultural environments, demonstrating cultural fluency and thriving amidst multicultural dynamics.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools.
• You thrive when you don\’t have all the answers, you work strategically, efficiently and autonomously in order to turn ideas into reality.
