Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an experienced HR person to join our growing team in Brazil. You will have the opportunity to shape On’s people agenda collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics and providing efficient and effective support to employees and leaders.

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, efficiency and optimization, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and who is skilled at thinking outside the box. Experience with HR practices in Retail is also desired.

You bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in talent business partnering or human resources roles within a premium global retailer or high‑growth omnichannel brand
  • Expert knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT) and hands‑on experience managing complex payroll, benefits, and statutory compliance requirements for a diverse workforce
  • Proven track record of navigating union relations and collective bargaining processes within the Brazilian market to ensure business continuity and fair labor practices
  • Experience leveraging Workday or similar enterprise HRIS platforms to analyze people data, optimize workflows, and inform strategic decision‑making
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a global‑local matrix, successfully translating central strategies into impactful regional execution while managing multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to build trust and influence across different levels of the organization
