Qualifications
- Bacharelado em Ciências Contábeis e/ou Direito.
- Mais de 7 anos de experiência na área fiscal, com experiência em liderança e melhores práticas de compliance.
- Perfil empreendedor e orientado a resultados, com forte capacidade de execução prática e tomada de decisões.
- Habilidades de gestão de equipes, com comprovada capacidade de liderar equipes e trabalhar em diferentes funções e regiões, com a gerência, BPO, equipe jurídica, etc., em um ambiente dinâmico.
- Fortes habilidades analíticas, organizacionais e de comunicação.
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita em inglês.
- Conhecimento profundo de ferramentas de TI que dão suporte às funções financeiras e atualização constante sobre as tendências de automação.
- Experiência com Microsoft D365 é um diferencial.
