The Marketing Lead, Southeast Asia will drive the brand's marketing strategy and execution across distributor-managed markets, ensuring premium and consistent brand presentation across all consumer touchpoints - from distributor mono-branded stores (DMS) to key wholesale accounts. This role acts as the brand guardian for Southeast Asia, partnering closely with distributors to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and retail activations that align with global and regional brand direction. The Marketing Lead will also support the go-to-market process and work cross-functionally with Commercial, Merchandising, and Brand Experience teams to strengthen the brand's positioning and growth across the region.
Your story:
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing within the sportswear, retail, or consumer lifestyle industry, regional or distributor management experience preferred.
- Self-starter who is proactive, solution-oriented, a gung-ho attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams and personalities.
- A passion for sports/movement and consumer culture.
- Proven experience in brand marketing and trade marketing with strong creative and commercial judgment.
- Familiar across all marketing disciplines including social media, events, campaign management, CRM, retail marketing, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of the sportswear landscape in SEA.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of organizing and overseeing multiple projects to meet brand standards, quality expectations, and deadlines.
- Data-driven and analytical. You know how to use insights to improve campaigns and brand strategy.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content tools.
- Have flexibility to travel based on business needs.
