Your Mission
Design & Construction Management
- Manage the design and construction of real estate assets, including direct-to-consumer (DTC), distributor (DMS), retail partner shop-in-shops (B2B), offices, and showrooms, with oversight of OAC.
- Collaborate with global design, retail, and office teams to manage all aspects of design and construction for retail, showroom, and office spaces.
- Establish strong links between construction activities and production procurement, managed by the indirect procurement team, ensuring cost control in partnership with FP&A and Controlling teams.
Facilities Management
- Oversee facility management for all real estate assets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and health standards.
- Support global office management by implementing standardized procedures for regional teams.
- Manage asset protection, particularly for the growing retail fleet.
Lease Commitments and Legal Compliance
- Oversee all lease commitments across the Americas, collaborating with retail teams and leasing partners.
- Manage legal aspects of leases and contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Financial and Risk Management
- Develop and oversee budgets for real estate projects, including design, construction, renovation, and operational expenses.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
- Assess and develop risk mitigation strategies related to market fluctuations and geopolitical factors.
Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in retail real estate development, retail design, and construction management.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, managing high-performing teams.
- Proven experience in optimizing real estate portfolios for high-growth premium global retail brands.
- Knowledge of diverse microcultures and physical landscapes in major metropolitan areas within the region.
- Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements for real estate operations.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%, with travel requirements subject to business needs.
