Reporting directly to the General Manager of LATAM, you will be a unique strategic contributor driving the future footprint of On across Latin America and the Caribbean.
In this high-impact position, you will be a critical partner supporting both direct and distributor markets on our omnichannel strategy.
You will act as the unified voice for LATAM in global and regional forums, bringing an integrated, cohesive point of view that represents the region's growth opportunities.
This is a dynamic, high-visibility role designed for a master of project delivery who loves turning complex visions into reality.
You will orchestrate high-priority regional initiatives while scaling of future strategic categories, serve as the region's champion for AI initiatives, and spearhead the GTM integration across our direct markets and distributor led markets.

- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, business development, PMO, or strategic expansion within the sports performance, footwear, premium consumer goods, or technology industries.
