Your Mission
- Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by proactively monitoring sell-through rates and product flow strategy in store.
- Ensure smooth transitions by planning visual change-outs in advance and addressing any visual updates for sell through optimization on a daily basis.
- Oversee all talent-related matters including time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
- Ensure effective in-store training delivered by the training lead.
- Implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
- Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors, and deliver a strong onboarding process for new all hires.
- Ensure optimum team coverage by creating and managing schedules. Implement action plans to maintain high team engagement based on feedback from engagement surveys.
- Maintain high stock accuracy and operational efficiency through effective BoH strategies.
- Lead the development and management of the BoH team.
- Ensure smooth transportation of products in collaboration with the product operations team.
- Oversee stock counts, managing all aspects from preparation to investigation of discrepancies.
