Your story
- 5+ years experience in a similar leadership role, with at least 2 year experience in multi-retail store management.
- You have experience managing the regional budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Travel Requirement: This position requires approximately 30% of travel time across the territory. The ability to travel independently and on a regular basis is essential.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
