Your storyThe Experience:
- 6+ years in Buying, Planning, or Allocation within large-scale, lifestyle or premium retail.
- Proven track record of scaling or transforming retail fleets during a high-growth phase.
Category Mastery: Deep expertise in Apparel, Footwear, and Accessories. Understand the distinct lifecycles of performance and how to manage them within a vertical retail ecosystem.
The Builder Mindset: Developer at heart. Passion for new systems and process implementation, with experience transitioning businesses from manual workflows to world-class tools.
Strategic Orchestrator: Influence without authority needed to align cross function partners (Regions, Marketing, Ops, Finance) behind a unified regional merchandise vision.
