250133 - Senior Specialist - Footwear Production Quality Assurance

As Production Quality Assurance, you are responsible for managing product quality and process control in production with our manufacturing partners for the next level of On\’s products and contributing in relevant quality projects and improvements of production compliance. As an important member of the Production team, you will be based in Indonesia with frequent travel as a mission-assigned.

Your Mission

1. Work with the development & commercialization team to identify potential product quality risks and follow up actions.
2. Work with On\’s manufacturing partners in continuous improvement at the early stage of production to ensure quality and efficiency are both met On\’s expectation.
3. High frequency of final Inspection to ensure all products are in premium level in both appearance and in usage.
4. Ensure all products are lab tested and passed requirements (both physical requirements and RSL) before shipment.
5. Follow up on relevant quality feedback from customers and take actions to improve product quality.
6. Work with On\’s manufacturing partners to manage production sustainability & compliance, ensure health and safety in the production environment.

Your story

1. At least 5-7 years of experience in footwear production quality management.
2. Highly attentive to detail, function and quality.
3. Fluency in Vietnamese and working proficiency level of English.
4. Able to balance creativity with organisation and discipline in a fast-paced environment.
5. An entrepreneurial and open mindset, an eagerness for differentiation and a natural push for excellence.
