We are searching for a tax professional (m, f, d) asTax Specialist Private Equity (EU & US)Your Tasks: Responsible for a wide range of tax processes relating to private equity and property funds, compliance with tax regulations and international reporting / Responsible, on the one hand, for technical tax requirements and, on the other, for high-quality, seamless processes / Coordination and review of tax returns prepared by external advisers / Provision of tax support in day-to-day tax matters (EU & US) with the tax authorities / Supporting various teams on tax matters such as tax provisions, tax due diligence and structuring / Ensuring accurate tax reporting for investors / Supporting the periodic, group-wide compliance process / Ensuring tax compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations, including the review of forms submitted to the tax authorities / Optimising operational tax processes and monitoring internal controls within the tax department / Contributing to ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives relating to tax.
Your Profile:
Master's degree in law or taxation; further training in taxation would be an advantage; specialisation in domestic taxation (EU & USA) at a Big 4 firm or a tax consultancy; knowledge of the fund industry and its products; professional experience in tax consultancy relating to funds (UCITS, AIFs) across various jurisdictions (e.g. Switzerland, Luxembourg, UK, Ireland, USA, etc., tax fund structuring, distributions or tax reporting / An analytical and team-oriented individual with an eye for detail and a solution-focused approach / Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and complete them on time with a client-focused approach / A structured, proactive and precise working style / Coordination skills / IT aptitude and very good Excel skills / Strong communication and interpersonal skills / German and English.
