A local authority in the East of England is currently recruiting for an Interim Principal Property Surveyor on a contract basis.

About the role:

  • To pro-actively manage and undertake general asset management and valuations of the Council’s land and property holdings, including the commercial investment and corporate portfolios.
  • To drive the performance of the Council’s commercial investment portfolio to maximise income, capital, redevelopment and investment opportunities.
  • To ensure that the Council’s commercial investment portfolio is well managed, maintained and competitive in the market.
