We are currently seeking an experienced Gas Compliance Officer / Compliance Administrator to support a busy repairs and compliance team within a housing environment. This role is ideally suited to a strong administrator with previous experience within repairs, maintenance or compliance who can manage workloads, liaise with contractors and maintain accurate compliance records. Knowledge of gas compliance is desirable but not essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing compliance and repairs administration
- Scheduling and monitoring compliance works
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Liaising with contractors, engineers and tenants
- Monitoring certificates and compliance documentation
- Raising works orders and tracking completion
- Supporting the wider compliance and repairs team
Qualifications / Experience
- Strong administrative experience within repairs, maintenance or compliance
- Experience working within housing or property services preferred
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good IT and database management skills
- Knowledge of gas compliance desirable but not essential
