Deputy Residential Care Home Manager – Chingford - London

£21.50 - £28.19 per Hour (negotiable depending on experience)

3 months initial contract – likely to be extended

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven managerial or senior supervisory experience within a residential care home setting, specifically supporting older adults living with Dementia, including experience in person-centred care, safeguarding, medication management, care planning, and leading staff teams to deliver high-quality care in line with CQC standards and best practices.

You must have:

  • Minimum relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 4, QCF, or equivalent and the ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience of working directly within a local authority.
