Pay: £200 to £350 per day DOE
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Surveyor with strong knowledge of EICR testing and electrical compliance within domestic housing stock. This role would also suit a Senior / Experienced Electrician looking to progress into an office-based surveying and compliance position. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing EICRs, identifying remedial works, monitoring contractor performance and supporting electrical compliance across a residential portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing and auditing EICR reports
- Identifying remedial and follow-on works
- Monitoring electrical compliance across housing stock
- Liaising with contractors and residents
- Ensuring works meet current regulations and standards
- Supporting programme delivery and compliance reporting
- Carrying out site inspections where required
Qualifications / Experience
- Experience within electrical surveying or electrical compliance
- OR a strong background as a Senior / Qualified Electrician
- Strong knowledge of EICRs and remedial works
- Experience within housing, repairs or property maintenance
- Understanding of current electrical regulations
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Electrical qualifications desirable
