An established and growing IT solutions provider is looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager for its Head Office in Cullen. The ideal candidate will become the public face of the business and will be driven and eager to proactively pursue new business opportunities to expand the client database.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Owning the complete sales process from lead generation to closure
- Planning and executing strategies for lead generation and sales growth and acquisition of new clients
- Gaining interest in the company\’s products and services by fostering relationships with potential new clients
- Meeting with new and existing clients
- Building a pipeline of leads
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Preparing proposals and recommending solutions
- Ensuring all leads/enquiries are followed up
- Identifying opportunities for product improvement and bringing new products on board
Essential Skills and Experience
- Driven by success and money-motivated with a strong work ethic
- A desire to meet and exceed company targets
- Excellent organisational skills
