Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm

We are recruiting a sales administrator to support our client’s sales team in its continuing sales growth. Full product training will be provided by your line manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chasing up quotes and gleaning information around how we can improve
  • Looking at sales retention
  • Customer service via phone and email
  • Updating spreadsheet and records
  • All general admin duties

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
  • Comfortable with MS suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a positive mental attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Some Sage Experience dealing with Despatch Notes
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
