We are recruiting a sales administrator to support our client’s sales team in its continuing sales growth. Full product training will be provided by your line manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chasing up quotes and gleaning information around how we can improve
- Looking at sales retention
- Customer service via phone and email
- Updating spreadsheet and records
- All general admin duties
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
- Comfortable with MS suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive mental attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & some Sage experience dealing with Despatch Notes
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
