We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a selfâmotivated recruiter who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and deliver highâquality candidates across the construction sector. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process within the construction sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Source, screen, and place candidates across a range of construction roles (e.g. trades, whiteâcollar, technical, or management â depending on experience)
- Conduct business development activities, including client meetings and account management
- Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts with clients and candidates
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation
- Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and revenue targets

- Proven experience as a Construction Recruitment Consultant
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and recruitment market
- Ability to work independently and manage your own desk
